Digital Mar–keter & AI enthu– siast

I'm Ian Binek — I've spent the last decade making things on the internet: gaming channels, live streams, marketing engines for B2B companies, and fun AI solutions to tedious problems. Bias for action, powered by curiosity.

01 / Digital Marketing

A little bit about me, pro–fessionally

I started a digital marketing agency in high school to pay my way through Georgia Tech. It turned into a career.

03 / Content Creation

Ten years of making things

Content creation has been part of my life since high school — gaming YouTube channels, Twitch streams, and a decade of hitting record.

2016

Gaming YouTube channels

Multiple gaming channels, learning the craft the hard way — thumbnails, retention, editing, community. The bunk-bed-and-LED-strip era. Every skill I use professionally today started here, uploaded one video at a time.

Streaming Fortnite scrims vs. Ninja & Tfue

Freshman summer at Georgia Tech, I livestreamed semi-professional Fortnite scrimmage matches against the biggest names in the game — Ninja, Tfue. Class by day, scrims by night. Peak grind era.

04 / Esports

Esports is the next big thing

Competitive gaming is growing fast — I think it becomes a defining piece of entertainment in my lifetime and the generations after. I follow the Counter-Strike scene closely and attend tournaments when I can.

05 / Game Development

Something I'm into right now

Game development is a hobby I'm having fun with right now. With Claude Code and Codex, I prototype game frameworks and experiment with the mechanics I wish existed — purely for the joy of building.

06 / Always Learning

Constantly lear–ning

I love to travel and keep up with my friends all across the world. New mountains, new cities, new tools — the inputs change, the curiosity doesn't.

Why I'm an AI enthu–siast

There are so many things in life you wish were a little better. They used to take a team, a budget, or a decade of expertise — so they never got built.

AI levels the playing field. You don't have to be the expert in everything anymore. You can leverage the expansive knowledge these tools have, learn faster, and execute faster.

You can edit videos exactly how you want them. You can build the little games similar to the board games you love. You can build the things you care about — even when there's no market for them, because the market was never the point.

I don't think AI replaces ideas. It lets you move faster on them. And for someone with a bias for action, that's the most valuable, fun, and interesting thing in the world.

Would love to con–nect

Marketing, AI, content, esports, game dev — if you're building something interesting, I'd love to hear about it.
